For those teaching or studying the Indonesian language, or for those who wish to maintain their language skills, there is a growing Indonesian language media in Australia where news, articles, music and features can be enjoyed in both printed and broadcast form. These newspapers and radio stations often carry reports on events in Indonesia. SBS Radio in particular has regular reports from independent correspondents in Indonesia on political and social events.
